Smarter, more targeted in-meeting coaching with Live Assist v4

Live Assist delivers real-time coaching during calls, offering quick, actionable guidance that helps reps understand what just happened and what to say or ask next. Live Assist uses your team's integrated resources and meeting context to keep guidance aligned with how you sell and what's relevant in the conversation.

These insights are delivered directly in the tools that your team is already using (Zoom, Brevian app), so they can act and react without breaking the conversation flow.

This updated version contains the following changes:

• You can now choose which team members receive assistance. During the meeting, guidance is delivered directly to selected internal participants, helping them respond more effectively without disrupting the conversation.
• Brevian now activates Live Assist when it detects external participants and a configured assist user on the call.
• Prior assist context is now used to avoid repetitive suggestions, keeping coaching concise and actionable.

Generate report templates directly from prompts

You can now create structured templates when working with reports, making it easier to standardize how insights are captured and shared.

Instead of manually building reports or formats from scratch, Brevian generates organized content based on your input. This update lays the foundation for more scalable reporting workflows, allowing teams to quickly produce consistent, high-quality documents with less manual effort.

Design updates to the Brevian app

We’ve refined the Brevian app experience to make everyday workflows easier to scan, navigate, and manage.

With this update:

• MEDDPICC and BANT sections on the Deal details page now follow a unified design, making insights easier to scan and compare.
• In the Meetings and Deals pages, we improved spacing, alignment, and column structure to create a more readable, less cluttered view when reviewing records.
• Filters across the Meetings, Deals, and Pipeline pages now display selected options at the top of the page for easier management.
• We updated the spacing and layout in modals and side panels to create a more consistent experience when reviewing details.

Security updates

We’ve made extensive updates to dependencies, infrastructure, and security configurations to address vulnerabilities and improve overall system security and performance.
