AI Assistant Integrations with Brevian MCP

Introduction

Brevian MCP brings Brevian sales intelligence into supported AI assistants, enabling users to access and interact with Brevian data directly from Claude and ChatGPT.

Instead of manually copying information from Brevian into an AI assistant, users can connect supported MCP clients directly to Brevian and query:

  • Opportunities and deal intelligence
  • Meeting insights
  • Coaching reports
  • Transcript search results
  • CRM search results
  • Structured sales intelligence data

The MCP server shares the same read-only intelligence layer used by Brevian’s internal agents.

What is MCP?

Model Context Protocol (MCP) is a protocol that allows AI assistants to connect to external systems.

Review the following workflow:

  • Claude or ChatGPT act as the MCP client
  • Brevian acts as the MCP server
  • The AI assistant sends requests to Brevian MCP tools
  • Brevian returns structured intelligence and search results

This workflow allows users to interact with Brevian using natural language directly from their AI assistant, and use prompts such as:

  • “Which deals are at risk this week?”
  • “Search transcripts for procurement objections.”
  • “Show coaching trends for a specific rep.”
  • “Find meetings mentioning competitor pricing.”

Supported clients

Currently, Brevian supports connections with:

  • Claude Desktop
  • Claude.ai
  • ChatGPT

Understanding the Brevian MCP connection

The Brevian MCP Server uses:

  • OAuth 2.1
  • PKCE authentication
  • Dynamic Client Registration
  • Personal Access Tokens (PATs)

At a high level, users can:

  • Create a Brevian MCP Personal Access Token (PAT)
  • Connect an MCP client
  • Authorize the connection through OAuth
  • Start interacting with Brevian intelligence directly from their AI client

Available MCP functionality

Currently, Brevian offers read-only functionality, which allows users to perform the following actions:

  • Opportunity and deal search
  • Meeting search
  • Transcript search
  • Coaching reports
  • Stakeholder search
  • CRM search
  • Structured sales intelligence search

The MCP server returns the same intelligence surface used by Brevian’s internal agents, including timestamped content, transcript references, and structured sales insights.
